A few months ago, Antoine and Rose Manon contacted us, struck by the similarities between their approach to their profession and the philosophy of the LATER… project.
That’s all it took for us to embark on the adventure of imagining the perfect piece for these bartenders from one of the 6 best cocktail bars in the world*!

They talk with unbridled passion about their cocktails, the high quality product they work with, the ingenious manufacturing processes they develop and, above all, the local producers with whom they have forged unique links. Everything we love at LATER… !
With the same enthusiasm, they ask us about the materials we use and the partners we work with. It’s hard to quench their thirst to learn and understand everything about recycling techniques or the origin of our milk buttons.
